It's too bad screen plays are busted in this game.

They have never done screen plays well. They run them like the Carolina Panthers.

That's a sore topic w/me. This game doesn't allow you to set anything up. If you run 4 times in a row, you should be able to have good protection on a play action fake. If you're in third & 15, you should be able to get 5-10 on a draw or screen. I'm not saying get a 1st down. But you should be able to get some yds & play the field position game.

All because of the psychic D.

I've had success runnin ins and slantsand throwing high to ur big wrs, if u don't have a big wr go twins to the wide side and run a double slant the outside reciever will be open when the backer moves with the inside slant and in the redzone ur TE can be ur best target

Try curls. If the WR AI was better they would actually find the open spots in the zone but they work sometime.

Re: Passing vs the zone

trying flooding the zones and over stacking one side of the field near the endzone.

Re: Passing vs the zone

I always read the safeties and the middle linebacker. The middle linebacker is tough in a zone because if you try to throw between he and the safety, it ends up a pick.

I recommend running. When you start running, the defense starts to move up and play more man coverage. If you have a team that primarily throws, I suggest crossing routes which will force one guy to cover two people. Short to intermediate passes work best.
