Please get rid of the offseason hidden recruits, completely unrealistic

Yeah, I think it'd take much more time. I like to recruit and all but that seems like it'd take a lot of time to do it. And I think it'd be much harder to build up teams.
I wouldn't mind it if you could choose between that and the current way to see which is best if they did add it just in case they messed it up or I didn't like it.
