Is it worth getting for XBOX 360 or should I stick with 09?

Sure. Get it. Enough improvement over 09 was made to make this game worth owning. Don't go into it expecting perfection, just download the patches and enjoy it. The more you play it, tweak your sliders. It's fast paced, with an improved pass rush, and the Robo QB was toned down. Pursuit angles were improved, and the interaction between the offensive and defensive lines are a bit better. The option game is the weakness that must be improved in NCAA 11.

At this point you might be able to get a good Black Friday deal and save some cash.

It's worth it alone for the cpu AI improvements. That and the fact that teams play wildly different so you don't get that same sense of each team plays the same.

At this point, I'd wait for NCAA 11.

NCAA 10 is a marginal upgrade to a game (NCAA 09) that wasn't even that good to begin with.

No, it's not that bad. If you're a true college football fan, go for it. The gameplay in 10 is so much more better than 09. If you wait till black friday, you could probably pick it up pretty cheap too.
