3-4/4-3 Hybrid

Any thoughts or information on this type of defense?

I'm still a studen of the game, so any info would be great..



I know what it is..

it is where you have a DE or LB that can both play the line and stand up as a LB. I have that guy on my team, but my concerns are:

When should I be playing the 3-4?
When should I be playing the 4-3?
Playcalling?
When should I be audibling from the 4-3 to a 3-4 look?
What will all this make my opponent think?

the list goes on...I may not being specific enough, and no one may have my answers, but any information is welcomed!
