Best player in the game besides Krich?

The Cheat, of Crazy Go Nuts University...
or possibly Left Kneecap, of Homestar's Knees Tech.

BTW, these threads are so wonderful for the homers out there. If you ask me, the top receiver should be Cletus McGhee (no, Cletus is a real person), because:

A)I like Tulane and
B)I said so.

He personally beat Nebraska last year and his name is Roy Williams.

NU having a crappy QB (Lord) and an avg. Def was the reason u lost to UT, ISU, Penn St., KSU, OK St, CU and I missing a team?

1. Lord is not a crappy QB, he was in a crappy QB-centric system that wasn't tailored to his abilities, they were tailored to Mr. Crouch's

2. Watch the game tape. Williams made the plays, Simms got it to Roy and he did the rest. Cedric didn't do much.

Re: Who should be the best WR on NCAA 2004?

Fitzgerald is so under-rated, it isn't even funny....

He almost single-handedly beat Virginia Tech last year - in Blacksburg. He had some amazing catches in our bowl win over Oregon State, and he was a better pass from Rutherford away from tying the game against WVU. And - in addition to spectacular plays - he put up excellent regular week-to-week numbers.

Look out for him this year. He will get the numbers again, and - he will have many opportunities for spectacular plays because he is Rod's primary target.

The best wide reciever that hasn't recieved any respect in this thread is Michael Clayton. He is arguably the best player in the SEC and would be a front runner for at least the Biletnikoff if he had a QB to throw him the ball.

He is also the best safety on the team and may be splitting time this year at the 2 positions. Some say he is actually a better safety than reciever. He may not be putting up gaudy numbers right now in college, but he has by far the most pro potential.

This is from the cbssportsline rankings:
15. LSU: Michael Clayton is the SEC's best player. He might even mix in some time at receiver.
Stock: Steady. Previous: 19

Re: Who should be the best WR on NCAA 2004?

the season is over and the true is Larry Fitzgerald is the best player in the nation.

This years best WR are:
-Larry( way above the others)
-Mike Williams
-Michael Clayton( he came from nowhere)

theres not ROY or REGGIE in that list if you didnt notice it.
