How do i switch someone into a confrence?

I am the commish of my online leauge and we are in the off-season. My buddy wants to go into the big east how do i do it?

You can only switch teams at the beginning of the dynasty. After that its all set in stone. Actually i heard that you can take the OD offline and you can try to get a conference invite for him. But it might or might not be from the Big East. Also Im not sure what effects if any taking an Online Dynasty to offline and then back to online has. Never done it.

Maybe I need to boot him from the OD then reinvite him or that won't matter at this point? confrences are the way they are maybe..

That wont work. You would have to start a new dynasty and move the team he wants to the Big East. Once the dynasty is started you cannot move teams.

This is another reason why we need the ability to edit conferences and add and subtract teams after the dynasty has already started. (online and off)

I second that. It would be cool to be able to move teams without having to take them over right before the end of the season and hope they get an invite. It would make things easier.
