Coaching Carousel and coach ratings would improve the dynasty exponentially.

Also, I think something cool should be team budgets. Certain schools can sign certain coaches. The top rated coaches, should only be able to be signed by the UFs, Notre Dames, Texas, and USCs of the world.

Coaching salary could add to the prestige ranking of the coach. Prestige could factor in how recruits trust coach promises. A coach prestige should also be able to allow for RPG like improvements in the program (i.e new practice facility, no paint job in the endzone, unlockable old school unifiorms or more alternate options, weight room improvements, improvements in the dorm) and other things that could help sell a program to a recruit.

Urban Meyer, for example has one of the highest salaries in football along with 2 titles.

His prestige is A+. he can ask for anything he wants. He's a God.

Randy Shannon does not have a high salary. His prestige is a C+. His defensive coaching rating might be a A, so while he would be a good coach, he wont be able to ask the AD for more improvements to his program until his prestige goes up. And how can prestige go up? How about if Miami beats a specified amount of teams where a coach as a A+ prestige?

For example, Jimbo Fisher's prestige should be a C. If FSU beats the Gators and Urban Meyer, Fishers prestige should immediately shoot up to a C+ or B. This would make coaching battles epic as well.

Coaching carousel, including things like this...would really be the only thing I truly would want.

But to include a 2nd blog....why not have the ability to view the statistics and results of past seasons? and have those results displayed in game? One of the things I hate about NCAA is that you cant view history of your dynasty. If its 2020, I would like to be able to view my 2013 team roster, statistics, schedule and results, and so forth. In the options menu, being able to "view Dynasty history" would be much appreciated. And lets say I am FSU and its 2020, it would be cool to see a graphic during my game that says "FSU won 35-20 in last years game against the Gators" or "FSU is 4-5 in the last 9 meetings vs Florida".

Little things that offer big results in gameplay and fun.
