I see you're point with nesbitt, but if you didn't know, Locker is a tough SOB. That's all I'm saying.
Hands down I think Locker is the best QB in college and I think he's tough as well. So we agree.

Just don't think a lot of QBs could last a game or be successful when the defense lines up knowing you're running 75-80 percent of the time. It's a little different when you're looking at a QB that scrambles for big yards out of multiple formations and a few called runs and one who runs the option all game.

Can't wait to see the ratings for this year and if EA could implement different throwing motions then we'll really be in for something special. (Highly doubt it though)

I'm just glad Foles made the list after his piss poor performance in the Holiday Bowl.

And being an Arizona fan & watching mostly Pac-10 football, I really don't see the love affair w/ Locker. Yeah he has some good arm strength & can run around some, but besides that what has he really done? His accuracy is crap & he has a losing record as a QB.

This. Ricky Dobbs is a very good player, dont get me wrong. But he is not a QB. He is a system QB, but that should not take away from his talent. He is a very talented player that gets severely overlooked because Navy rarely gets any publicity outside of games against top programs and the Army/Navy game.

Re: College Football Magazines (Top QB's)

Having read through this thread there's one QB I haven't seen mentioned at all, and though he is just a Sophomore, the kid could make a lot of noise in 2010, and that is Kyle Padron at SMU.

Consider these numbers from last season, as a true Freshman...

ATT..... COMP..... YDS..... TDS..... INT..... PCT..... Rating...... W-L
201......135.......1922......10.........4.......67 .2.....159.92......5-1

His final game, in the Hawaii Bowl, against Nevada, he was 32 of 41 for 460 yards w/ 2 TD's and 0 interceptions. Comp. % was 78.0

Now SMU lost one talented WR, Emanuel Sanders {Steelers} and their RB S. McNeal {Chargers}, but w/ Padron just a Sophomore and playing in June Jones' offense, his numbers could explode in 2010. Definitely a player to keep an eye on.

Re: College Football Magazines (Top QB's)

I would rank the BT qbs like this.

1 Tolzien/Cousins
2 Pryor
3 Stanzi

Pryor had 1 good game and Stanzi is a TO machine.

I hate that we had to choose between Foles and Cousins, I love huge QBs with rocket arms like him. Oh well, worked out well on both ends.
