Texas has a better change of going to the big 10 than sec-academics

Re: Texas to PAC-10 or SEC?

From what I've seen, A&M's chances of being in the SEC are quite slim. But it was pointed out, it would give Arkansas a natural rival which it hasn't had since leaving the SWC. At the same time, I don't know how a conference would work if one team was added, giving it an odd number, one division of the conference having one more team than the other. I would think they would go by evens in a conference that has a championship.

Re: Texas to PAC-10 or SEC?

FSU and Miami probably wouldn't be invited to the SEC. Florida would freak out. Part of their recruiting strategy is using the: "We play in the SEC and the other two don't." card.

Texas should go to the Pac 10 along with OU, OSU, TA&M and TTU.

It would honestly be cool if FBS had like 4 huge conferences. Would probably increase the chances of a playoff.

after watching this video, It makes me even more angry. Those of you who think that this is a good thing are absolutely insane. Less conferences means less competition for the national title. If this happens then you might as well go into a playoff format for the nat. champ. I think that my beloved Notre Dame should have just gone into the big 10, then all of this crap would not be happening. This is the beginning of the end for the BCS.

That's a good thing though. A majority of College Football Fans despise the BCS system. (That's not just my opinion, many polls on ESPN.com have the same results)
