Yea sorry I rather not want to play against someone online who is complaining about a Quarterbacks speed because it will just be a huge cheese fest.

I bet he has a 90+ accleration which will allow him to get to that 82 speed very quickly. Players will lower speed and high accleration will be more dangerous then players with high speed and low accleration.
