can't directly link it. you can just go to that site, log in and go to create new team. then go to uniforms and choose existing uniform. you can see all the uniforms in the game.

well recently the switch from adidas to nike, and last year they had nike uni's which i hope is in the game this year...they do change a lot though, but i am glad they went to nike.
