Will the PS3 version ever have FCS teams?

I know you can have FCS teams by creating a team in Teambuilder, but when will the PS3 version ever incorporate the FCS teams like PS2? It would be nice to have in the game for transfers and accurate schedules.

If true that is a poor excuse. Even with teambuilder if you play an offline franchise there will still be generic FCS teams. Teambuilder just replaces another team with the team you created. It would be doing this in the complete wrong way.
The game should have real FCS teams especially since some teams play two FCS teams a season.
It would be nice and much more interesting if those generic FCS teams that are already in the game were real FCS teams. It would make an offline franchise much more real.

People kept complaining about equipment so they added equipment.
People kept complaining about presentation so they added presentation.
If enough people complain about there not being any real FCS teams they just might add that too.

People have been complaining about FCS teams, and the direct response to that last year was teambuilder.
