nevada, indiana, and ohio are the only teams where pistol is the focused offense according to an EA blog....

should i replace VT w/ indiana

the hokies can still maintain without a fast QB correct?

edit; also i've never played with the pistol offense....does this offense require a balanced or scrambliing QB....i mean they do have a full range of passing plays correct...

The QB has to be a running threat in Pistol, so scrambling is a must.

The advantage of the Pistol is that the QB is already in a pseudo-shotgun alignment, so passing is still important. I don't see any problems with limited range of passing plays.

Just to see if it works both ways, I would like to see a pocket passing team on there to. USC perhaps?

Indiana might run the pistol offense, but they certainly do not rely on their QB to run. Chappell is NOT a running QB. Indiana runs the pistol to utilize an effective downhill running game while still operating their passing game out from under center. The pistol isn't necessarily an offense where you have to have a mobile QB.

I agree. If your really gonna do this, you'll need to show both sides of the story.
