look at the quoted text. it said "i remember when WSU ran the pac" i was just stating they really didnt run it. And Oregon is the defending champ, but they wont win it this year.

I even went out of my way to say they didnt have many superstars. And my argument about them being underrated because they play in Washington, well aside from people on the west coast and college football die-hards, no one else seems to recognize Washington as a "power" for what they did in the 90's. I'm not a fan of either school, but I do actually like to see both teams have success because I grew up watching both these teams run the Pac-10 (seems so long ago) and it would be nice to see them take the reign again.
There's a reason I didn't quote you. I know u didn't say they were a factory but I just wanted to prove that they weren't to any potenial WSU fan that decideds to show up here.

I'm not looking for a fight. I just like to bicker at them like they're a sibling. Many of my best friends go there now, I was just smart enough to get into UW.

I didn't mean it in a sense they won the Pac-10 every year. I guess the way I wrote it it sounded like that, but I just meant that those two teams were always at the top battling it out all the way to the Apple Cup. Now that I've been thinking about it, before USC went on their run, the Pac-10 was a very competitive conference. Not saying they aren't now, but think back to the early part of this decade: Oregon St with Simonton, Oregon with Harrington, Wazzu, Washington with their high powered offense, etc. The league was so much more balanced top-to-bottom. Their weren't many easy games. Now it's USC, Oregon, Oregon St., and maybe Arizona with a bunch of improving teams battling it out in the bottom.

My standards and expectations for UW has never changed. They should be in the rose bowl every year. Ty shoulda been gone after the first year. Sark should have been fired this past year, as his inability to manage a game cost us 3 games. I have no problem with the 0-12 season as it was the only way the politically correct hippies on upper campus would allow Ty and his baggage to be fired. I can remember him saying that he felt he wasn't given a fair opportunity because he is black. Just months after he was fired.

Ok i see what your sayin.Yeah I think this year will be very balanced. Stanford should be good even replacing gearhart, Zona should be good again, Cal always has talent but they never seem to put it together. If they do watch out, Same with UCLA. ASU is talented on defense but i dont know how good the offense will be. UW is just Polk and Locker, and WSU is on hard times but getting some good commits for next year. 1-9 should be all decently close games and WSU will show up every few weeks too. this years pac 10 is wide open
