Does anybody know how to prevent the QB from passing too early? If I snap the ball and let the QB drop in the pocket he will sometimes throw the ball before I push any buttons. Anyone else experience this frustrating little quirk here? It especially sucks when I have good protection and can bide some time for a particular receiver to get open but the QB decides to throw the ball to the little fat kid I told to go long.

yes, take control of the qb....i'm assuming you're talking about play action passing? once the qb fakes the hand-off you must take control of him or he will throw the ball automatically.

I'm pretty sure it has happened when not using play action. It has done it when snapping the ball under center and in Shotgun formations.

ya, you gotta control him no matter what. Just drop him back a little bit.

by that he means just push the joystick letting the game know you're there.
