Penalties seem random and different for everybody. I change up my count a lot and see false starts and offsides all the time

Edit: Encroachment is what i meant-- only time is see offsides is during the hurry up, when my defense stupidly takes forever to get on the right side of the LOS only to then bump an offensive player
