How do I get more Pipeline states?

Yeah, but does any one have any specifics? How many, does it have to be? is a certain number in a single season, or is it an overall number?

it's 3 from a state i think.

I believe it's either 4 or 5 players that you need from a specific state for it to become a Pipeline....and you need to have that many players on your roster for it to still be considered a Pipeline state. so you could lose a pipeline with a specific state if you drop below having 4 or 5 (again, not sure) players from that state on your roster

I have been tring to find this out for 2 days now.
it does not seem like any one knows for sure.
i have read that it is 3, 4, or 5 players.
Some say that you have to get all of the players in one recruiting class and some say it does not matter as long as their are on the team.
I also heard that you can lose pipelines.
Below is the best response i have seen that makes the most sense, but again they are not for sure.

Go under three and you lose it and have to go back up to 4 to get it again. You'll then have Florida as a pipeline state, which opens up a lot more doors for next year.

how many? can you lose a pipeline? are there levels in the pipeline? (ie if you have 10 players from one state and you are recruiting from that state, will you pipeline bonus be larger?)
