Scheduling Visits

When you guys are scheduling visits, are you scheduling them for games that you are sure to have a big win against, or do you make most of your visits games that would be otherwise considered big games, but may get handled?

Say for instance, my next home game is against FCS West (S. Dakota St.), should i schedule visits that week, or have all my recruits come in for Texas which i'll have a tougher time winning, and will actually probably lose?

Re: Scheduling Visits

I always schedule mine for the next home game.. I don't know about all of you, but I like to get them out of the way.

Re: Scheduling Visits

If you're going to "probably lose" I'd avoid scheduling it. If you think there's a decent chance you'll win, you're far better scheduling that conference/rivalry game than a weak non-conf game that you'll definitely win.

Re: Scheduling Visits

I schedule mine for the best game I have in the next few weeks..I'm sure that you get more points if you bring them in for games against ranked/rival schools, but if I'm in the lead already I take the boost when I can get it, as soon as I can get it.

Most important is to schedule a date the first week they are open for visits, as you could get screwed out of an ideal date.
