I see you can swap teams to a different conference, so those new teams that changing can't be changed.

i'm not sure what you're asking exactly but you can change any team to any conference. the problem is you can't change the number of teams in a conference or if they have divisions or not. so the SEC will always have 12 teams, the PAC 10 =10 and so on....
