I started my dynasty last night, I picked my team and started everyting, but I didn't want to rush through the dynasty and really wanted to not get bored just playing my team over and over. So here is what I do.

I go through the entire NCAA schedule after I finish my game and look for interesting match ups during the week. I will then go in and play the game, switching sides and only playing offense for the teams. This allows me to see all the different offenses in the game, play with different teams, and see the different stadiums across the nation. It also allows me to feel apart on what is going on during the season.

I played Pitt and Utah last night. Interesting game. Pitt defeated Utah 16-10. Dion Lewis rushed for 98 yards and Utah's starting quarterback went down with an injury. I thought it would be a bit more offensive in nature, but it was really a defensive struggle.

Anyways, lots of interesting matchups during the first week. Look forward to Va Tech v. Boise State, North Carolina v. LSU, and a few others.

That's a good idea. I've never even thought to play with anyone but my own team in dynasty. Maybe I should start being Missouri's opponent every week and give them an 0-12 season.

Yep I have done this for years. In fact I switch sides in every game including my own teams.

I was thinking of switching to offensive sides even for my own team, as I find defense to be somewhat boring.

I would do something similar to that. Games I find interesting I would flip a coin to see who I would play as a team and then use them. Gives me a chance to "scout" the other squads and play more games a week because I don't like to play my dynasty game right away. I like to play rivalry games so I can try to win the trophies. Or I would watch CPU matchups of big games that I don't want to touch i.e. Mich-tOSU or Notre Dame-USC etc.

I love to do this. When I don't have time to do a write up on my North Texas dynasty, I like to play a game that interests me. Right now, I'm #6 Iowa vs. #20 Penn State.
