well im a big dynasty guy, and i always start off low, build, then when i feel i left a dent on the program i have been at, i move on. It seems to me this year, it is impossible! i mean if anyone remembers last yr, when recruits were added in the offseason, sometimes you could snag a 5* guy to a little school, but now its impossible, and if you try to build a team, and you sign 3* recruits, they all end up only being 75's at their peak. I mean how is it possible to compete with the big boys, thats the whole point, you can go 12-0, then next year go 1-11 because 1 player may have left your program. Does anyone feel recruiting in this game needs to be fixed, if so, please use this thread to make that statement stand!

Thats realistic.... deal with it. How many 1 stars sign five star recruits IRL? Thts why you cant, Building a dynasty takes some time in the game, as it should.

Well I started with the Bulls (2* team) and right now in my 3rd year all I have been getting are 3* recruits which for me is good on Heisman. They are building up slowly, but the most important way of getting good players are TRANSFERS. These guys save my team. They make the difference on the team and end up being mid-80 ovr guys. Although if you stay long enough you will get there.

yeah im with army, im in my 4th yr, and im a 4 * school, i realize how the recruits pump up each year now, i get it

Yeah, the thing is you need to remember bringing in 25 or so 3* players will keep you better than 75% of the teams in the long run in this game. The problem is they are useless off the start to you. Once you start pulling in 4* players you can start playing with the big boys. Although solid transfers will keep giving you playmakers.
