Real life team vs game team

Greetings all
Just a quick poll here, I have been torn when playing this game over the last two years. I am a Tarheels fan through and through. And each year I start NCAA I pick my team and play the course and each year Michigan offers me a job which I am very interested in taking, but I feel like I am somehow betraying my loyalty to beloved UNC team. Again I am fully aware that this is a game, but my question is how many players are playing with different teams in game vs. the teams they cheer for in real life?

Depends on what my goal is on whether I move around or not. If I'm focused on playing a 1 or 2 star team to make them a 5 star powerhouse, I won't jump around. While other times I'll pick a 2 star and move around until I get to a 5 star program.

But I have fun jumping around, gives me a chance to rebuild the roster to my play style.

I play with 12 teams at once so I normally stick to the teams I picked.

Here's how I do my dynasty

Job #1
- Terrible 1* (UL-Monroe/San Jose State)
- Take no job offers
- Goals are Conference championship/Bowl game 3 years including a win I take slight move up the food chain (above .500 record)

Job #2
- Bad/Iffy 2* (Memphis/NIU)
- Take no job offers
- Goals are consistent Bowl appearances and top 3 conference finish/couple conference titles and 2 big upsets (must achieve above .600 record)

Job #3
- Decent regular Non-BCS Conference contender 2-3* (Nevada/Toledo)
- Take no job offers
- Goals are multiple conference championships 2-3, multiple wins against BCS opponents, 3 Bowl victories (must above above .650 record)

Job #4
-Struggling BCS school 3* (Duke/Indiana)
- Take no job offers
- Similar goals to Job #1/Job #2

Job #5
-Middle of the road BCS school 4* (Arizona/Texas Tech)
- My last job generally maybe take lateral coaching moves from here
- Turn into a national contender

Easily takes you 20 years to get to the last job and probably at least 5 till you are a perennial top 10 program

Keeps things interesting long term if you set goals

Haven't played with anyone but Michigan on this gen.

Part of it is loyalty, part of it is how awesome Michigan's custom stadium sounds are, part of it is that I've never gotten to the point where I've gotten sick of being Michigan, and part of it is that as much as I've liked NCAA on this gen (contrary to popular opinion, or so it seems), I've never really gotten beyond the 150 or 200 games played point where I've had multiple year Dynasties with multiple teams; i.e., by the time I'm "sick of being Michigan," I'm done with the game anyway.

I play as a created 1* program, build them up to a 6* powerhouse, then leave to coach Southern Miss (my alma mater) who always sucks by the time I finish building up the other school.

When I go through my coaching career jerseys and stadiums play a huge role in where I take my next job
