Second this. There are only a few things you would miss out on (coaching contracts and conference invites), and just have to deal with some connectivity issues from time to time. But being able to recruit from a laptop is awesome.

Exactly and even if there are connectivity issues you can still just go right back to the console like a normal offline dynasty so you get the best of both worlds.
