7-8 minutes give you good results. Anything shorter and I rush my possesions which leads to bad plays.

6 minute quarters, slow game speed, but with a conservative tempo in the second half if I'm ahead. Otherwise, I don't touch the gameplan stuff.

used to use 5 like you and moved up to 6 and have been happy there. try it and if it feels too short still go up to 7-8.

I use 6 minutes; and I run some no huddle. I find with longer quarters my defense stats are made worse by the rampaging, ever on the come back CPU

15 minute quarters. Snap the ball inside the 5 second mark of the playclock. I bore the cpu into submission.

That would net about 240 plays even if you did that. No way could this be realistic.
