Has anyone recruited a player either from one of their pipeline states or not that had them out of the top 10 in schools?

I ask b/c I have quite a few studs in my state but, none interested in playing for the local school, I'm curious if I should even bother using the minutes on these guys.

Don't bother unless they don't have any other offers. i was WKU and snagged a 3* because I was his only offer.

Yes! I play with a low star school and most of the people interested in me suck. So I look at anybody from pipelines that doesn't have an offer or isn't being recruited heavily. This is how I get most of my better players. Like previous poster said though, don't bother if they have an offer from a better school than you.
