Not sure if this is what you're looking for but Auburn has a Wildcat Spread formation which uses a wildcat look with 4 WR.

FAU actually has a few heavy formations. Not necessarily unbalanced, but strong biases to the strong side, with everybody in tight on the strong side, including the WR which can be subbed for a TE if you want (or technically a tackle if you really wanted).
