There is no tie breaker game. Based on what is given Bama is eliminated because they lost to MSU and LSU, the other two teams in the 3 way tie. So now you go to the 2 way tie breaker rules and in the head to head (Step #1 of the 2 way tie) MSU beat LSU, so MSU would be the team from the West in the SEC game.
