Can I download the tuners only and not the patches?

I really liked how the game played out of the box with some slider adjustments, but I was concerned with dynasty progression due to low stats. I presume the dynasty/recruit issue is solved with the tuner sets, but it appears that the patch work seems to have affected gameplay in a negative way. Any chance to download the tuners only and leave gameplay unaffected?

Download them both then clear the Xbox's cache to get rid of the patch.

Or you can download the tuner sets onto a usb and put them on that way. Theres a thread here with all of them in and instructions, although its pretty easy.

Don't the tuners work hand in hand with the patches? So if you're using the tuner without the patch won't things get wonky?

I think this is the case. Both patch 2 and 3 work together with their respective tuners.
