I think whoever said "loosely" is right because I have had several true freshmen come in on a "hot streak" and obviously, they had never played a game...heh.

Just started a teambuilder dynasty. Looking at my roster in the offseason, and my starting CB is on a hotstreak.

Looks like it simply raises the awareness up +1. I believe it's always been that way.

Its basically an artificial way for players to play above their ratings. I wouldnt mind it if it was a guy here or there but when you play a team and over half the team is on a hot streak it gets a bit much.
