Formation Subs - who goes in?

Is there a spreadsheet of all the QUICK SUB packages with which positions go to which spots...ie LB Pass Rush...?

Formation subs aren't situational. It's not like Madden where you have a 3rd down back.

My suggestion would be to put your pass rush specialists in formations like the Dime & Nickel.

are you talking about formation subs, or the quick subs on the playcall screen?

formation subs, you can put pretty much who ever you want at whatever position and it set in the dynasty main menu or the pause menu in-game.

quick subs is only used at the play call screen, has pre-set things like back-up QB, spell HB, WR swap, etc...

for the quick subs, I don't know of any spread sheets or anything else that has them all listed.

I use formation subs a lot. I like to have a deep rotation at Oline and Dline.

Have you found that helps with player progression at all? I've always wondered if getting your second stringers in more helps with their progression becasue in real NCAAFB one can assume the more snaps a player gets the better he will become (to an extent) but I've never been able to figure out if EA has included a way to replicate this.
