What's so bad about running up the score in an offline dynasty?

I don't have anything against it when you are playing the CPU. However, taunting and running up the score versus a human opponent is inappropriate and uncalled for.

same thing happened to me last night. I was playing Colorado State in my Nevada dynasty. I use Air Force's playbook(love running the flexbone). It was 31-15 with 3 min or so in the 4th. I had the ball at my 25 yard line. Ran fb dives the first two downs. It was 3 and 6. I called a screen pass, rb caught it and rumbled 30+ yards before being caught i lost 75 pts. I was like are you kidding me!

This really peeves me off too. I'm playing a game now in my Fresno St. dynasty. Rivarly game against Hawaii. We're up 35-10 in the 4th, 3rd and 7 at HW's 37 and I pass and get a warning for running it up.

If I'm up by 21+ heading into the 4th quarter, I put my second team in. There is no reason why I shouldn't be able to run my offense as I choose to get my second team, especially the QB, some experience.

Thanks guys for the responses. The reason why I asked is because I DESTROYED Army, 100-0. I got alittle PO'ed at the CPU and AI because of a warping defender that intercepted my pass in the redzone. Because of that, I started passing like nuts with a hurry up offense. My sportmanship rating was at -250 I think. MY custom made team was ranked #10 in the polls before the victory and afterwards was pushed backed to #14. While it is not unheard of to see something like that, I naturally thought it had something to do with my -250 sportmanship score.

I thought about changing sliders but went to anger management instead. Since then, my scores have been closer to being realistic =P

I hate being penalized for running up the score. My teambuilder team is in the MAC. If we wanna have a shot at a BCS game, not only do we need to go undefeated, but we need to embarrass every single team we play.
