in season progression not affecting my team a lot

I know there are probably over 100 threads about this but is ther something I'm not doing right? I'm in an offline dynasty with Mizzou and I haven't seen too mich progression yet. Other teams are getting +1 with almost every player. I never see any +1 ever for my team. whats the deal?

If you don't have a patch from online pretty sure there is no in season progression.

How many games have you played this season? I have seen instances where my team goes gangbusters for a period of time (multiple players with +1s), then cools off, and other teams do the same thing
