Question about creating new coaches??

I was wondering what happens when you create a new coach in your current offline dynasty? Like Im in my 4th year in my offline dynasty... lets say I created 4 new coaches, would those coaches be controlled by the computer or do I have to manually assign them to teams and then would the coaches they replace look for other jobs or would they just be gone.
