What does it promise exactly? Does it mean that the player needs to play in the 1st year or just that the team will get good national exposure?

I would think that he would have to play, but honestly I think it just means the team will get good exposure.

It's just based on the team. I redshirted a kid after promising exposure and it still labeled it as "kept" in the promises.
