Man coverage on TE's

For those of you playing humans in OD's, what do you think of man coverage on TE's? I have found it a real challenge as a few guys in mine love to run quick drag and flag routes across the field and they consistently get open right off the LOS.

I've tried LB's, FS, SS and CB's all that are faster than the TE's and with high man coverage ratings but they are just flat footed off the snap.

I've tried double coverage, press coverage, loose coverage and can't get decent results. I'm on PS3 and it doesn't seem to let me commit/key on TE. When I key on a WR it puts a marker under them but doesn't do it for TE's.

The drags are tough to stop. I find blitzing and covering them manually with the safety works. Sometimes you can jump it because people are so used to relying on it being open all the time. I don't like playing zone with short coverage because you can get beat over top of the linebackers too easily.

One thing I've had marginal success with is setting Zone to aggressive and setting the opposite defensive end to hook zone. The player will usually throw the pass just as the TE clears the middle linebacker, which will usually lead it right into the DE's hands. Whether he catches it or not is up to the random number gods.
