LB In-Season Progression
Howdy.
I'm in the 9th year of my UConn dynasty.
My in-season progression is pretty decent across the roster. Guys who play well seem to progress as they should. However, my LB's RARELY seem to progress in-season.
I run a 4-3. I have a MLB (Dave Willis - 85 OVR, 92 SPD) who has pretty much led the NCAA in tackles every year since his Soph season. No progression in-season.
My LOLB (Mike White - 81 OVR) is a former 4* MLB recruit that I switched to LOLB before his frosh year. Quick, makes plays, doesn't miss many tackles. No progession in-season.
My ROLB (Nate Turner - 78 OVR) makes tons of plays. Usually up-top in tackles on the team. Makes INT's, forces and recovers quite a lot of fumbles. AWR seems to progress about 2x a year.
Is it just me? Is LB just a really tough position to progress? Anybody else have this "problem?"
