White RB's?

Idk if any of you have noticed (who am I kidding, of course you have), but there are literally ZERO white RB's when recruiting every single year. Why is this? I mean there are white FB's but absolutely no white RB's. What gives??? Sure hope they change this for NCAA 12.

Especially with Peyton Hillis on the cover of Madden. Hopefully this will clue them in on the existence of that 5% of RBs being white.

(I don't know about that percentage, but I bet it is close)

I completely agree.

It is the ONLY position where there is not diversity among the recruits.

Hillis was a FB in college. Im actually sitting here thinking, and I can not think of single white HB in college right now, or even recently. I am sure there are a few, but none that stand out at the FBS level. Brian Leonard is the only one I can think of in the last decade, but even he mostly played FB in college. The OP is right though, there should be a few in the recruiting classes... same with DB's.

We just had Toby Gerhart graduate from Stanford recently...and he nearly won the Heisman.

I forgot about DB's as well.

Rex Burkhead, Nebraska

He was the #2 RB behind Roy Helu, Jr. Rushed for 951 yards and 7 TD's. Also threw 3 TD passes. He'll be the #1 and will easily surpass 1,000 yards.
