Online Dynasty Commissioner Ratings Edit Ideas

Ok so I'm looking for suggestions on things that came be done to make editing of our own teams fair. I don't wanna do big edits but something that kinda bugs me sometimes is having a freshmen win an award but still be like a 70 overall. His physical stats don't bother me but I was thinking something like this.

If award won:
-Player with sub 85 rating gets a 10 point awareness boost or boost until he hits 85. This would make those freshmen who step up stand out a little more, not improving physically but mentally. Any similar ideas?

-Apply "medical redshirts" by setting a player back a year if he is hurt early on in the season.

OD team with worst win-loss record gets to pick one attribute of one player they can add 10 points to. Second worst team gets 8, third worst gets 6, etc. to help even things up.

THIS!!! Holy cow, this is one aspect of the ability to edit in my dynasty that I had never thought of doing. I will definitely look for those players that go down with a season-ending injury in the first few weeks and then hook them up with that extra year.

I'm so excited for this game. Good insight!

Never even thought about using the editor do this. Unbelievable idea! NCAA rule is the player can participate in up to, but not more than, 30% of his teams games over a season and no participation in games past the halfway point of the season. I think that you can only count regular season games as postseason games are never guaranteed. So with a 12-game schedule can't play past game 6 and can't compete in more than 3 games.
