I have a question, and in no way is this post intended to be a complaint or nit-picking... but I thought the NCAA only allowed grey and black gloves? I mean I'm all for the colored gloves, they're gorgeous. I just thought I remembered that the NCAA didnt allow colored gloves, and thats why they weren't in past NCAA football games.

it's a new rule this year for Division 1 - no more color restrictions on gloves and D2 + D3 will follow suit in 2012

NCAA allows colored gloves now in real life. new rule for this season.

why you won't even see or notice the design on the hands. I remember last year someone getting a crucial penalty in a bowl game or a game near the end of the year because he did this with his hands to show off the glove design. Pretty stupid penalty to give him just like the guy who got one for doing a military salute.
