I notice that white uniforms take more time to degrade again this yr

Looks like you might be right about the patch. BigFan77 (The game's art director) posted these screens which clearly depict good looking dirty unis on both colored and white jerseys.

Just confirmed this for myself. Seems dirty unis have been reduced greatly with the patch (I don't think on purpose) and white unis in general show almost no signs of degrading/acquiring dirt/grass/etc...

Dang! The uni degradation looks too good to not have it work! Hopefully EA is on it. I remember how they fixed it last year and the results were stunning. I'm contemplating on not downloading the patch???

I just played my first game, after downloading the patch.
Arizona, white unis, home game on grass, 8 min quarters and by the end of the game the uniforms looked the same as they did last year post-patch. A lot of dirt, etc...

It's getting annoying reading people bash posters for pointing out issues with the game. First with the Thursday Night games being played in the day time and now white units not degrading like they should. Why do you have to insult posters for pointing out things that should be fixed? Especially on release day.

Thanks. This is promising. Now why aren't others noticing this? Could it be some people are not playing on a natural grass field or is something broken? It's hard to think something is broken from the above post. I have my copy sitting in my car, waiting very impatiently for my work day to end.
