Super Juiced Kickers are Spoiling Heisman

like others have said, its not the fact that you can make a long field goal w/o touching the sliders, its the fact that even when you adjust the sliders to lower kicking power they still attempt ridiculously long field goals that they have no chance of making.

While I agree with you on NCAA needing tendencies, I don't think this is an issue that can be resolved by adding tendencies. This is a programming issue. For some reason, the CPU on heisman believes it can be successful consistently kicking long field goals.

I am going to play around with the coaching philosophies when I get home. They affect play now games this year so maybe the aggression slider will fix this.

And your not getting his point. While he is aware that it is a glitch what he is saying is...drop it down to AA...mess around with the sliders to make it competitive, and WAAHLAAHH no more CPU thinking they are Janikowski. It sounds like at AA...the CPU is SLIGHTLY smarter than at Heisman. Common sense is greater than Brute Strength

Although Heisman has improved some of the insane things it has done from the past, it still has its issues. Why are people around here so obsessed with saying they play on Heisman? AA with sliders is just as difficult if not harder. It seems most are more concerned with bragging they play on Heisman, or don't want to waste the time finding the right set of sliders. But if you want to see 60+ yard field goals, have at it.

Hmmm since we have in dynasty editing, does editing the kickers (not the sliders) help at all or no? I'm guessing not because of the logic, but just wondering if it might.

I am thinking the coaching philosophy sliders might have an effect, particularly the offensive aggression slider, since the coaching sliders have an effect on play now games this year. should be interesting to find out.

The computer isn't smarter at All American... it is less Aggressive than Heisman.
