How does Northern Illinois get put into the sunbelt when they are closer to the big 10 teams. Plus NIU is one of the best teams in the MAC if not the best team

On year 4 on mine...Texas is in the second tier.

Arkansas State just jumped to the top tier.

Miami (OH) was in the top tier for one year and got destroyed.

Purdue fell down to the bottom tier for two years but just jumped back to the middle tier.

The 255 limit indicates they are tracking total moves you make. Whatever variable tracks it may be defined as 8-bit maxing out at 255. The question is why? Does the game keep a record of all the previous conference moves for each team for some reason? Does this show up in stats somewhere etc? 255 moves seems high for real life, but for a video game they should have known people would go crazy with it and make it unlimited. Even if that required tracking things in a more transitive manner.

In this set-up, which conferences get the automatic qualifying BCS bid?

The 5 "main conferences" which includes ACC, SEC, Big Ten, Big 12, Pac-12. that should leave u with 3 "open" bowl tie-ins. i had to manually delete the "Big East" from having an AQ bowl.

Yeah, between that(it is 255), and scheduling logic being wack (12 team conferences with protected rivals on playing 9, or 10 conference games some years), this feature has underwhelmed me somewhat from what I was hoping for.

I've done 3-4 test dynasties of 3-4 years each and had this scheduling issue come up.
