I buy that more than starting over at 22, but still probably not going to happen. What kind of genius sets the age for coaches to be 22-68, when there is living proof of coaches in the last 10 years that go beyond that (Bowden and Paterno). Just make the chance of retiring by 80 somethin very high. At least then you'll get some coaches staying longer but not a ton.
