But you gotta remember, Roger Goodell has never played football, hell he would know what a QB Sneak is, same for the NCAA guys, nothing but suits there, they've never played sports in their life, so they don't understand what it actually means to score a touchdown.

The Miami rules from the early 90s. Taunting can get out of hand, causing fights.
