Derrick Thomas was a beast
but I think LT was better, more explosive IMO

and also if we are talking pure pass rushers, Terrell Suggs has to be up there, as well as Freeney, who was unblockable his sr season

Taylor was good, but as far as NCAA careers go... Derrick Thomas was unblockable. Derrick Thomas had 52 career sacks and I think the next on the list highest (Terrell Suggs?) is a good 10 sacks below. Of course, Thomas doesn't hold the official record b/c he played before they started keeping sack records.

Von Miller??? Derrick Thomas had as many sacks in 1 season (27) then Miller had in 3 seasons.
