I'm entering year 3 of my Nebraska dynasty. Sadly, the year 2 NC game wasn't anything weird. It was just Bama and Oregon. I guess the weird part could be that Oregon won, but then again they had Heisman QB Darren Thomas... I made some conference changes for year 3 though, so maybe this time I'll have a much different NC game.

As someone struggling through a first year of Marshall DC on Heisman, I can promise you that a Marshall NC run is indeed impossible.

Hiesman was CJ Brown who transferred to Ball State.

I'm running a Wisconsin Badgers dynasty. I simmed my first year (with OS community rosters, thanks gentlemen!) and the mighty Badgers from Madison got in to the NCG against Texas A & M. I couldn't believe it! Wisconsin won 21-3.

They need to really make conference affiliation play a bigger part in the poll logic. There are just way too many non-BCS teams who are easily able to get into the National Championship or BCS bowls every year. In one of my simmed seasons Troy went 12-0 in the Sunbelt, with an F rated schedule, playing no ranked teams, and they ended the season #2 and playing Boise State for the national championship. That has absolutely no basis in reality whatsoever. As far as game progression goes your really just hurting yourself if you ever schedule a tough OOC opponent.

In my 3rd year Uconn went undefeated to play #2 Ohio State and got punched in the mouth by Ohio. Also Troy won 3 straight conference titles and went undefeated back to back seasons, so they got bumped to the SEC.
