Does it have to do with the Coaching Carousel in Online Dynasties? Just a guess...

that is a server side fix, so a download on the client side(us) is not necessary.

no new client side patch and/or tuner for me on the 360 version.

Yes, I'm aware of what a client is. My edit was an addendum, not a suggestion for explanation.
