What Do I Have to Do To Get My Roster Validated?

I have used the search function and can only find people complaining about this issue. I have yet to find a solid answer.

I am currently trying to start an online dynasty but I cannot get past the validating roster stage. I have tried this during peak and non peak hours. I have tried this with rosters with rating changes and rosters that only have name changes. No matter what I do I cannot get the roster to validate.

Can anyone help me out, or can anyone point me in the right direction of help?

I've tried it with the default rosters as well. Nothing.

I have tried deleting my roster files and clearing my chache. Nothing.

what does it do? when I started an OD, it validated the roster, it took a long time, but it eventually finished. it renamed a bunch of people to 'xxxxx' though, because of the language filter.

It just stops mid verification and says "Online Dynasty is currently unavailable."

I have gotten as far as 79% at about 9 AM EST this morning. then, of course, it stopped (and actually told me xbox live was disconnected to boot -- which was not true).
