Decided to play on Varsity difficulty right now.

Not that Im a bad player. But I just cant get the game to play good on AA with or without sliders. The passing game is compleley broken but I noticed on Varsity the pass game is alot better. And there is some offense.

I tried it last nite no slider just droped the difficulty after being ready to get rid of the game and I was very happy. Just thought I would post about it.

Re: Decided to play on Varsity difficulty right now.

I have played on AA my entire life on the NCAA series.

I tried out MK Harsh's Varsity Very Slow Slider set. Now if you play a sim style (I know Cliche already but you know what I mean) game you will be blown away at how awesome the game plays with that set.

Use it as a base and tweak it to your liking from there.

Fantastic set.

I was not very impressed with the slider set felt like to me that I was just giving the cpu an advantage to make up for the lack of AI. While gimping my team. I decided to go back to default AA with user pass blocking at 55 and cpu qb accuracy at 40....So far Im having a blast.

I thought Varsity was too easy in the first couple of days after release. Jumping up to All-American seems like Heisman from Hell this year. I guess you could play Varsity, but give the CPU more of an advantage with sliders to make it more even. The QB Accuracy and the RB ability on both sides of the ball need a little help from the sliders on AA. I don't mind a challenge, but sliders must be used to get some realistic stats.

I am acutally really enjoying Varisty so far on default. I am not the best player in the world and I am getting really good games.

As much work as I've put into AA sliders so far, I wouldn't trade it for varsity. I tried playing with the sliders and there still seemed to be holes, just maybe not the same holes as in AA. Can't win, but I think with some more work and practice throwing the ball, AA is pretty solid.

I was able to get AA playing great (for me obviously) but the reason I have taken to the Varsity slider set is it feels like a newer and fresher game. It just has a much different feel (MK Harsh's very slow set). I was very curious about them. I never tried it last year. So I am giving it a whirl for my first year in my dynasty. I can always go back to my comfort zone. The nutty thing is I am finding the difficulty exactly the same.

It's a feel thing.
