In-Season Progression for Online Dynasty

Not sure if this has been addressed anywhere but I'm noticing that User teams aren't receiving any progression in season while CPU teams are. Anyone else have this problem?

Same problem.

But I noticed that if I don't play the game and just sim that week my team will progress.

Not true here. Playing as Wisconsin in my first year HC, and my secondary has progressed +1 in Awareness and Russel Wilson has progressed +1 SPD

My team progresses after every game, 95% of the tiime it's just +1 awareness tho....

Out of 12 users, only 2 teams had increases, and it was only to AWR

John Boyett has increased + 2 awarness +1 speed

so is it random or does it go off of player performance? I havent seen any progression from anyone on my team and I play a ton of freshman.
